Generally a shower/tub will take a week to remodel. My pricing for 3 shower walls with waterproofing membrane and a niche starts at $4,250.00 (does not include tiles, plumbing or fixtures). What that would include is demo of 3 walls, adding framing for things like grab bars, shower doors, niche’s, etc.., installing waterproofing, tile installation, grouting, cleaning and silicone.
Floors usually start at $1,850.00 and that includes demo, installing cement boards, tiling, grouting and silicone for a small bathroom. Upgrades such as waterproofing membranes, heated flooring and tile designs can also be discussed.

A typical bedroom painting job takes a day for just a wall painting job without repairs. If you want walls, ceiling, doors & trims, that would take a few days to complete. Ask us for a price list.
