This bathroom remodel was designed to feel like a beach house — full demo and rebuild with clean tile work and finishing details.
Before → demo → prep → tile/grout → finished.
Old and outdated.
Mostly down to the studs. Soffit removed.
A week or so later and we’re getting close to starting tile and paint.
Floor tile went in the day before we primed the walls.
Grout is done and lines are clean. The niche looks sharp, and penny rounds break up the subway pattern.
Walls painted, vanity in, mirrors up — finished.
